Install

This video contains information on how to install Winux on computers and devices compatible with the x86 platform (Intel and AMD)

To install the operating system on your device, you’ll need to use an application to generate a USB key from the system image. There are several programs that can do this. The most popular are Balena Etcher, Rufus, and Ventoy. It’s important to note that Balena Etcher is cross-platform and can be used on both Windows and Linux. Rufus only works on Windows, and you must select the boot type based on your BIOS settings. If your BIOS is configured in legacy mode or for a device that doesn’t support EFI, you should select MBR. Now that your BIOS is configured to boot in UEFI mode, you must select GPT for the target system. That said, we’ll leave you with an installation video (in English) so you can better understand and follow the operating system installation step by step.
